The Challenge
Dermatology providers and patients face inefficiencies in communication, prescription management, and treatment tracking, often leading to fragmented care. SKNV’s goal was to bridge these gaps by delivering an integrated platform tailored to the needs of both groups.
The Solution
Through user research and iterative design, I developed sleek, user-friendly interfaces for both providers and patients. Key features included tools for prescription management, patient records, and direct communication, as well as personalized treatment tracking and medication access. Prototypes were rigorously tested to refine usability and optimize the experience for both user groups.
